TARIFF AND TERMS

Rates at our B&B are per room, per night, based on two persons sharing and include breakfast. Please note that these are the 'From' rates, which will vary depending on time of year, length of stay and weekday or weekend stays.

Low Season - late September to late April excluding Christmas, New Year and Easter:

High Season - (early May to late September plus Christmas, New Year and Easter):

We offer a 50% discount for children under 12, sharing a room with two adults.
For stays of one night, a small supplement may be added during busier periods.


Payment
As a small business, we do not currently accept card payments.
On booking, we request a deposit in the form of a cheque, with the balance due on arrival in the form of a further cheque or cash.
We require one nights' deposit (which is non-refundable) on all bookings, with cheques made payable to 'Greenwood Guest House'.


Additional Information
Please note that in consideration of future guests, smoking is NOT permitted within the Bed and Breakfast, but we have a small outside seating area where we are happy for guests to smoke.
Check-in time at Greenwood is after 2pm and before 8pm (unless otherwise arranged) on the day of arrival and check-out is by 10am on the day of departure.
Please note that all damages and / or accidents at our B&B must be reported before departure and paid for in full, at our discretion.


Cancellation Charges
Please note that the deposit is non-refundable. A charge equivalent to two thirds of the cost of the entire booking will be payable should a guest cancel a booking within 5 days of the expected day of arrival, if we are unable to re-let the room(s). If notice is not given within 24 hours of the expected date of arrival, we reserve the right to charge the full amount, if we are unable to re-let. We strongly recommend that our guests have adequate travel insurance.
